Insight Seminars

Created by John-Roger and Russell Bishop in 1978, Insight Seminars give people accessible tools for living successful lives. Over the last 40-plus years, Insight has reached into 46 countries and touched the lives of more than a million people around the world. Insight Seminars are all about learning practical ways to live from the heart—the center of the authentic self.  The seminars support people in looking at what’s working and not working in their lives and how they can make changes that will help them create and live lives they love.

If you take an Insight seminar, you will find that Insight isn’t interested in changing you. Instead, they’re interested in you discovering – perhaps for the first time – that you are perfect just the way you are. Insight Seminars create the space for you to peel back the layers of beliefs, rules, illusions, judgments, and other limitations you may have allowed to block you from seeing how amazing you are and how great your life can be.

The Seminars are highly interactive and experiential for each and every participant, through a series of short presentations, one-to-one exercises, and lively group discussions.

The Insight Seminar series is offered for children, teens, and adults and are based in universal truths of loving, acceptance, and personal responsibility as dynamic and practical guides to living life. Insight does not teach any religious doctrine of any kind.

Insight seminars is a  501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization and gratefully accepts donations.   Your contributions can help make the seminars available to those who can’t afford it. They  have a long list of requests from adults and kids from diverse backgrounds, who would love to attend an Insight Seminar, but don’t have the financial means to make that happen. Our tuition assistance match funds to the greatest need.

We also greatly appreciate any donations to our general fund, to help out with our operating costs. We strive to keep our expenses as low as possible and are fortunate to have many wonderful volunteers keeping Insight thriving. Donations to our general fund support our essential operating costs and will be used for the highest good.
